Brad joined LF&W over a decade ago after graduating from Washington and Lee University School of Law. His practice is focused on the defense of product liability cases, and he has defended manufacturers of automobiles, pharmaceuticals, firearms, construction materials, industrial equipment, forestry equipment, tires, household products and chemicals. Brad has particular expertise in heavy truck rollover, cab structure and crashworthiness litigation, and has defended such cases in over a dozen states - from Alabama to Oregon to Pennsylvania to Florida. Brad has also handled class actions, employment matters and contract disputes for his clients.
Brad is a member of the American Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute and Trial Attorneys of America. He has served on the Technology Committee of Alabama Legal Services, a statewide non-profit organization that provides free legal assistance to low-income and elderly Alabamians, and participates in the Birmingham Bar Association's Volunteer Lawyers Program.
Outside the practice of law, Brad is a proud husband and father, a member of St. Mary's-on-the-Highlands Episcopal Church, and enjoys golfing and running.
