Suzanne’s practice focuses mainly on the defense of industry in environmental, toxic tort and product liability cases, including individual claims and class actions. She has extensive experience in all aspects of pre-trial discovery and dispositive motion practice.
Because trial preparation for complex cases involving numerous plaintiffs and defendants often proceeds rapidly on multiple fronts, it requires a large number of skilled attorneys to adequately represent the client’s interests. The firm’s support of Suzanne’s desire for a flexible schedule allows her to devote her undivided attention to one case or a group of related cases as the need arises, thus providing the client with focused, experienced support.
Suzanne graduated from The University of Alabama, magna cum laude, with a B.S. degree in Commerce and Business Administration and a concentration in Psychology, and was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma and Psi Chi. She received her law degree in 1991 from The University of Alabama, where she was a member of the Alabama Law Review and served as a justice on the Honor Court. She is a member of the Birmingham and American Bar Associations, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Alabama State Bar.
