Brooke has a general litigation practice, but a significant portion of her practice is devoted to environmental, toxic tort, and class action litigation. She focuses on the defense of clients in the automotive and pharmaceutical industries. Brooke also regularly defends claims brought against insurance companies and other financial services providers. Brooke is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.
Brooke graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a degree in Political Science, and she received her law degree, cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. At Cumberland, Brooke was a Copy Editor for the Cumberland Law Review, served as Associate Justice of the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board, and was a member of the National Moot Court Team. Brooke was awarded the Order of the Barristers for outstanding oral advocacy.
Brooke is originally from LaGrange, Georgia, and enjoys traveling with her husband, Brian.
