Lightfoot regularly interviews law students on-campus at Vanderbilt University, the University of Alabama, the University of Virginia, Washington and Lee University, Cumberland School of Law and Ole Miss. We accept resumes from students who attend schools we do not visit. Our attorneys also attend DuPont regional minority job fairs, as well as BLSA regional job fairs. Lightfoot reserves the Spring for 1L recruitment and the Fall for 2L recruitment.
