Treibacher Industruie AG v. Allegheny Technologies, Inc.
We were retained post-verdict by plaintiff Treibacher to retain a verdict in excess of $5.3 million obtained in federal court in a breach of contract and fraud case involving the interpretation of the United Nations Convention for the Sale of International Goods. The Eleventh Circuit affirmed the verdict in a published opinion.
