Lightfoot Partner Named Co-Chair of ABA Committee

Birmingham, Alabama (December 8, 2003) — Lightfoot, Franklin & White partner Robin H. Graves has been appointed co-chair of the Commercial and Business Litigation Committee of the Section of Litigation of the American Bar Association.  The Commercial and Business Litigation Committee has twelve subcommittees and over 2000 members, and its work covers a broad range of substantive areas, including professional liability, securities, U.C.C., environmental, insurance and internet litigation. Ms. Graves, who is also a certified public accountant, is a graduate of Auburn University and Tulane University School of Law.  Among other things, she will be responsible for oversight of the Committee’s national print publications, web site and CLE programming.
