Brooke Garner Malcom

Brooke has a general litigation practice, but a significant portion of her practice is devoted to environmental and toxic tort litigation. Brooke also regularly defends claims brought against insurance companies and other financial services providers. Brooke is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association.

    Some of Brooke's notable achievements include:
  • Obtaining summary judgment in a breach of contract case after oral argument; and
  • Successfully arguing the transfer of a breach of warranty case involving multiple defendants to a more favorable venue. 

Brooke graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a degree in Political Science, and she received her law degree, cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. At Cumberland, Brooke was a Copy Editor for the Cumberland Law Review, served as Associate Justice of the Henry Upson Sims Moot Court Board, and was a member of the National Moot Court Team. Brooke was awarded the Order of the Barristers for outstanding oral advocacy.

Brooke is originally from LaGrange, Georgia, and enjoys traveling with her husband, Brian.
