Christopher C. Yearout
Christopher Yearout joined Lightfoot, Franklin & White in 2011. His practice consists of general litigation. Christopher earned his J.D., cum laude, from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. While at Cumberland, he served as Symposium Editor of the Cumberland Law Review, for which he authored a published comment on various issues surrounding the Medicare Secondary Payer Act. He also served as a Caruther’s Fellow, President of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association- Student Division, was a member of the Honor Court and a Scholar of Merit.
Christopher graduated from Auburn University in 2008 with a degree in Economics. Originally from Birmingham, he is a member of the Cathedral Church of the Advent, is an avid Auburn fan and enjoys spending time with his rescue dog, Abbie.
