William H. Morrow
William’s practice is focused primarily in the areas of products liability, consumer fraud and bad faith, and business litigation. In his products liability practice, he routinely defends claims brought against automobile and heavy equipment manufacturers. In addition, he regularly handles cases against credit card issuing banks and financial services companies. William has first chair jury trial experience in both business and personal injury cases.
William received his law degree from Vanderbilt University Law School in 1996. He received his undergraduate degree cum laude from Washington and Lee University in 1993.
William is admitted to practice in all Alabama courts as well as the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Defense Research Institute, Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, the Alabama State Bar and the Birmingham Bar Association.
Away from the office, William is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys golf and running.
