Jack Sharman Speaks On Privilege and ESI at Sedona Conference

On May 16, Jack Sharman led a discussion on "Protection of the Attorney-Client Privilege in High Volume ESI Productions" at the invitation-only mid-year meeting of Working Group 1 of the Sedona Conference. The Sedona Conference is the publisher of the widely-used Sedona Principles concerning electronically-stored information, and Jack is a member of the Conference's working group on electronic discovery.
