Johnson Speaks at ABA Litigation Section Annual Meeting

New York, New York (April 22, 2005)  -- Lightfoot, Franklin & White, LLC partner John M. A graduate of The University of Virginia and Vanderbilt University Law School, Mr. Johnson was one of the founding partners of LF&W in 1990.  Mr. Johnson devotes the majority of his time to environmental and toxic torts litigation, advising clients on such matters as complex mass tort litigation, environmental class actions, pesticide and chemical litigation and individual toxic tort claims in Alabama and throughout the Southeast.   He is the author of the book on toxic torts litigation and speaks frequently at industry and legal seminars regarding environmental issues.
