Lightfoot Obtains Summary Judgment for U.S. Steel

Lightfoot obtained summary judgment on behalf of U.S. Steel in a Title VII case. Plaintiff alleged race discrimination in connection with his termination from employment at U.S. Steel’s Fairfield Works. Following discovery, the Honorable Judge James H. Hancock entered summary judgment as to all of plaintiff’s claims. The Lightfoot attorney involved was William Morrow.
