Lightfoot Obtains Summary Judgment in Breach of Contract Action

Lightfoot obtained summary judgment on behalf of a client in a breach of contract action. The plaintiff, a former employee of the client, claimed more than $400,000 in damages related to an alleged severance package. Following discovery, the Honorable Judge Keith W. Watkins entered summary judgment as to all of the plaintiff’s claims. The Lightfoot attorneys involved were William S. Cox, Kevin E. Clark and Audrey E. Brown.
