Compensation for first-year associates is among the highest in Alabama and, when compared to the cost of living, among the highest in the country.

In addition to our compensation package, associates receive health, disability and life insurance and the opportunity to participate in the firm’s 401(k) retirement plan. As part of its commitment to the development of our attorneys’ legal skills, the firm also reimburses attorneys for expenses incurred in connection with continuing legal education and bar activities. The firm also subsidizes individual attorneys’ investments in technology.
