2026 Legal 500 U.S. City Elite - Houston Recognizes Jared Levinthal and Rob Wilkins

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC’s Houston office managing partner Jared I. Levinthal and partner Robert A. Wilkins have been named to this year’s Legal 500 US City Elite - Houston rankings for their work in commercial disputes. 

Introduced for 2026, the Legal 500 U.S. City Elite recognizes lawyers at regional powerhouses who operate at the highest levels of their respective legal markets. The research process includes interviews with top practitioners, referee and peer feedback, and evidence of key matters handled by ranked attorneys during the past year. 

Levinthal is board-certified in civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, an honor obtained by an average of fewer than five attorneys per year. He represents plaintiffs and defendants in a wide variety of matters, including commercial and business disputes, product liability, professional malpractice, intellectual property, insurance coverage, bad faith, wrongful death and serious personal injury. 

Wilkins represents plaintiffs and defendants in a broad range of high-stakes matters. He has a particular focus on commercial litigation in the oil, gas and energy sectors, with an emphasis on litigation finance, business divorce cases, fiduciary issues, breach of contract claims, securities disputes and other related conflicts.
