Five Lightfoot Partners Named to 2026 Benchmark Litigation 40 & Under - South

Benchmark Litigation has named five Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC partners to its 2026 40 & Under - South list. The annual ranking recognizes rising litigators across each region. The 2026 edition is Benchmark's most comprehensive yet, with 615 lawyers featured nationwide – a 27% increase from 2025 — making five Lightfoot placements a notable result.

Enyinnia’s practice focuses on product liability, transportation, personal and catastrophic injury, employment and commercial litigation. Enyinnia leverages his diverse experience in business, government, e-discovery and clinical settings to advance a client’s goals and develop efficient solutions. 

Faucett is based in the firm’s Houston office. She is a trusted litigator who represents clients in high-stakes product liability and commercial disputes, with a strong focus on defending leading manufacturers. As relationship counsel for several national clients, she manages complex litigation portfolios with an eye toward long-term outcomes, operational efficiency and alignment with a client’s business goals. 

Salow defends clients in appellate, automotive, catastrophic injury, employment law, healthcare, medical malpractice and product liability matters. He has experience in everything from drafting and arguing motions for summary judgment in wrongful death medical malpractice actions to securing favorable settlements in high-stakes cases. Salow earned his law degree from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Sanchez defends leading consumer products companies, automakers, original equipment manufacturers, retailers and others against product liability claims and other high-stakes litigation. She also defends doctors, nurses, surgeons and other health care professionals against medical malpractice claims.

Yearout represents clients in a broad range of practice areas, including product liability, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice, corporate recoveries and toxic torts. He has tried multiple high-exposure cases to verdict and has nationwide experience litigating complex matters.
