Lightfoot, Franklin & White Welcomes Associate Zeshan Mohiuddin in Houston

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC is pleased to welcome Zeshan Mohiuddin as an associate in its Houston office. He will join Lightfoot’s product liability, personal injury and commercial litigation teams.

Mohiuddin brings with him significant litigation experience, spanning insurance defense, construction, product liability and personal injury and commercial matters across state and federal courts. He drafts and argues motions for summary judgment, motions to compel and discovery-related motions. Mohiuddin has also served as the lead associate on multiple high-stakes commercial matters, including cases with potential damages exceeding $200 million.

Mohiuddin earned his J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center and an MBA from the C.T. Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston, where he also received a B.S. degree in political science and psychology.
