Lightfoot Attorney Liz Huntley Speaks at 2015 Global Business Summit on Early Childhood Investments

On Friday, October 1, 2015, Liz Huntley spoke at the 2015 Global Business Summit on Early Childhood Investments. Organized by ReadyNation, the nation’s preeminent business leader organization working to strengthen business through better policies for children and youth, the annual gathering brings together more than 200 business people, policymakers, and early childhood education professionals to discuss the importance of early childhood development around the world.

Liz was invited by the Summit organizers following the release of her memoir, More Than A Bird. “It is a tremendous honor to speak to the business community about the power they have to change the trajectory of children’s lives,” stated Liz. “I stand before them as living proof of the return-on-investment of early childhood education.”
