April 21, 2026
Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC partner Glenn Waldrop secured a favorable outcome in a shareholder dispute arising from the corporate dissolution of an industrial cleaning company.
Waldrop represented Henry Dailey, who held a 50% stake in Dry Ice Blasting Services. When the company dissolved, the two shareholders disagreed on how much each was owed from the liquidation of the company’s assets.
Shelby County Circuit Judge Patrick Kennedy ruled on March 30 that Dailey would receive $289,000 in addition to an equal split of the remaining funds.
Waldrop handles securities litigation and shareholder disputes, including close corporation and partnership disputes. He frequently represents businesses in matters involving noncompetition agreements, trade secrets, or proprietary and confidential information.
