March 29, 2021
Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC associates Kaitlyn M. Faucett and Bradford J. Hendrickson have been selected to the 2021 Texas Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers. Each year, no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in the state are selected by the research team to receive this honor.
Faucett was selected in the Business Litigation practice area category and has been listed as a Rising Star since 2018. Hendrickson was recognized in the Personal Injury Products: Defense category, his fifth consecutive listing since 2017.
“We’re proud to have Kaitlyn and Bradford on the Lightfoot team, and congratulate them on this recognition,” said Lightfoot managing partner Melody Eagan. “Their achievements speak to the caliber of legal talent in our Houston office and the future of our firm as a whole.”
Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. The annual selections are made using a patented multiphase process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates and peer reviews by practice area.
Faucett represents clients in a broad spectrum of business and commercial matters, both in the courtroom and arbitration, as well as through informal dispute resolution practices. She manages a diverse caseload spanning traditional business and commercial disputes, as well as employment, premises liability, fiduciary duty, healthcare and personal injury matters. Earlier in her career, Faucett served as in-house legal counsel for a boutique oil and gas company.
Hendrickson’s practice focuses on high-stakes business and commercial litigation, as well as product liability and personal injury claims. He has litigated product defect cases involving towable equipment, motorcycles, automobiles, light trucks, heavy trucks, commercial vehicles and industrial and maritime equipment, as well as premises liability cases involving dangerous conditions. Hendrickson also spends a significant amount of time handling litigation for the oil and gas industry and has an active appellate practice.
