David Rich is a dedicated litigator who never sees limits, only opportunities.
David litigates each case with ingenuity, dedication and a conviction that no result is beyond reach and no problem is beyond resolution. Clients appreciate his diligence and commitment to finding the best resolution, no matter the work involved. David has successfully tried cases to verdict in state and federal courts, focusing his practice on complex product liability, appellate, business and catastrophic injury litigation. He is also one of only a handful of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED)-certified lawyers in Alabama.
David graduated second in his class from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, where he served as the editor-in-chief of the Thomas Jefferson Law Review and played a vital role on the award-winning national moot court team. While in law school, he also served as a law clerk for the California Department of Corporations and the Trials, Writs and Appeals Section of the California Department of Justice. David received the prestigious ABA-ALI Scholarship and Leadership Award, given to one graduating student at each ABA-accredited law school.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his two young boys, Elias and David. A lover of sports and the outdoors, he is a former certified professional ski instructor and remains an avid skier who enjoys taking high-altitude risks.
