Richard Rosario leverages past legal experience as he represents his clients.
Richard gained unique, hands-on experience at several internships during law school. He uses those skills in his legal practice every day. He spent time, for example, with the Federal Public Defender in Nashville, Tennessee, working on a case challenging the state’s lethal injection protocol, and he drafted motions, briefs and memoranda for other matters. Richard also interned with Nashville’s Metropolitan Legal Department and the Nashville Public Defenders where he successfully argued multiple motions and represented his clients in hearings. He gained valuable knowledge in all of these internships that he now leverages for his clients. He has handled matters regarding product liability, medical malpractice and white-collar criminal defense.
While at the Vanderbilt University School of Law, Richard won the Mock Trial Competition in his first year, and he served as president of the Mock Trial Board in his third year. In his spare time, Richard enjoys going to the gym, being outdoors and cooking. He also hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.
