Brooke Malcom thrives when she is making her clients’ lives easier. She takes pride in her practice, which combines fierce advocacy with her love of finding common sense solutions to complex business problems.

Known for her focus and efficiency, Brooke defends clients in cases involving personal injury and product liability, as well as complex environmental and toxic tort matters. She has also handled a wide variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, fraud claims, and insurance coverage and bad faith claims.

Committed to her clients and the community

Brooke is an attorney who cares — about her clients and her community. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Birmingham Bar Volunteer Lawyers Program and is committed to improving access to legal services for Alabama’s low-income individuals.

Married to Brian, also an attorney, Brooke spends most of her free time trying to keep up (unsuccessfully) with her children, Henry and Julia. She can be described as obsessed with Gilded Age mansions and musicals from the Golden Age of Hollywood. She is also a fan of college football, which can be difficult as a UGA grad living in Alabama.
