Terry McCarthy to Present at Friends of Charles Gamble Evidence and Trial Skills Seminar

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC partner Terry McCarthy will continue his year-end CLE speaking circuit by presenting at the Friends of Charles Gamble Evidence and Trial Skills Seminar on December 19 in Hoover, Alabama.

The seminar will also feature Robert Goodwin, who serves as the Reporter for the Alabama Supreme Court Advisory Committee to the Alabama Rules of Evidence, Judge Scott Donaldson of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, and several other prominent attorneys. Attendees can attend in-person or online to learn about the latest evidence rule changes and how they may impact their legal practice.

In addition to his diverse trial and appellate practice at Lightfoot, McCarthy is an adjunct professor of evidence law at Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. He is co-author (along with Charles Gamble and Robert Goodwin) of the two leading treatises on Alabama evidence law: Gamble’s Alabama Rules of Evidence and McElroy’s Alabama Evidence. McCarthy also serves on the Alabama Supreme Court Advisory Committee to the Alabama Rules of Evidence.
