Sam McAllister provides our clients a unique blend of art and science tailored specifically for the fast-paced world of high-stakes litigation.
Sam has been with the firm for 14 years and is an integral part of expanding innovation into all aspects of our work. He is the leader of the firm’s Case Clarity group, which provides highly-developed technology to clients throughout the duration of a case, e-discovery collaboration with Lightfoot lawyers and adaptive evidence models to make complex ideas simple. Ask any lawyer who knows him - Sam does what it takes to help you win a case and is known for bringing calm to the most intense of trials.
Sam also leads the in-house team that develops the proprietary software platforms, apps and other custom tech solutions that make our work more efficient and collaborative. Sam was recognized as a finalist in the 2021 American Legal Technology Awards for his part behind some of this work. This publication annually recognizes law firms that employ innovative technology to serve client needs. Most recently, Sam was awarded the "Overall Legal Research Solution of the Year" from the Legal Tech Breakthrough Awards.
Sam received his B.S. in Computer Science from Auburn University. When he is not in the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary Jane, and their three children exploring Birmingham’s picturesque neighborhoods, specifically Forest Park.
