Founding Partner Warren Lightfoot Discusses Jury Tactics on Trial Tested

Lightfoot Franklin & White LLC founding partner Warren Lightfoot appeared as a guest on season 3, episode 4 of Trial Tested, a podcast by the American College of Trial Lawyers.

Lightfoot, who established himself as one of the country’s preeminent litigators, sat down with host Mike Herring to discuss strategies and techniques for winning over juries at trial. On the podcast, Lightfoot shared how his genteel personal style, down-to-earth Southern manners and methodical approach to planning words and actions helped make a positive impression on the jurors he argued before.
