James W. Gibson Named to Birmingham Business Journal’s 2022 40 Under 40

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC partner James W. Gibson has been named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s 2022 Top 40 Under 40 list. 

Making the list is considered one of the most prestigious honors for the Magic City’s young professionals. Gibson joins a distinguished group of Top 40 Under 40 alumni that includes several of Birmingham’s top CEOs as well as other influential leaders and successful entrepreneurs.

A dogged trial lawyer, Gibson has a diverse practice and significant courtroom experience. He develops solutions for the most complex of cases in a client-centric and results-oriented manner. Gibson’s practice focuses on product liability, medical malpractice and consumer fraud defense, but he also handles cases across the commercial litigation spectrum and in venues around the country. Over the years, he has tried cases involving profound personal injuries, tragic wrongful deaths and alleged consumer fraud leading to millions of dollars in claimed damages. He also assists clients by offering on-site employee training on best practices for lawsuit prevention.
