Kevin Clark Selected to UTAA Board of Governors

The University of Tennessee Alumni Association (UTAA)’s Board of Governors has elected Lightfoot, Franklin & White partner Kevin E. Clark as one of its six new members. Clark begins his three-year term on July 1, 2022.

The board, which consists of 32 elected members from across the University of Tennessee school system, works as an advocacy and advisory group that weighs in on the management and direction of the UTAA. It meets three times per year to assess association-supported alumni enrichment programs, discuss engagement opportunities and evaluate programs and services that support more than 422,000 UT school system graduates.

Clark graduated summa cum laude from the University of Tennessee. He has successfully argued hundreds of motions and tried several jury trials in state and federal courts throughout Alabama and across the country. Clark's legal practice spans a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including catastrophic injury, product liability, toxic torts, medical malpractice, employment discrimination and consumer fraud.
