Lightfoot, Franklin & White Welcomes Litigator Nicole Hardee as Of Counsel

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC is pleased to welcome Nicole M. Hardee to the firm as of counsel in its Birmingham office. Nicole brings more than 25 years of experience representing clients in all stages of complex business disputes. Her practice at Lightfoot will focus on environmental, toxic tort, commercial litigation and product liability matters. 

Before joining Lightfoot, Nicole served as counsel at a boutique commercial litigation law firm for more than two decades. Her work focused on commercial litigation, product liability, corporate law, legislative analysis and monitoring, and administrative and regulatory law. 

“Nicole has built a strong reputation for navigating high-stakes, complex disputes and taking cases through to verdict,” said Melody H. Eagan, Lightfoot’s managing partner. “Her experience and deep understanding of business litigation make her a valuable addition to our team and a strong advocate for our clients.” 

Hardee earned her J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University, along with her Master of Business Administration. She received her Bachelor of Science in marketing and management from the University of North Florida.
