Lightfoot Named to BTI Consulting Group’s 2020 ‘Client Service A-Team’

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC is recognized in the latest edition of a BTI Consulting Group client-driven survey.

The newly released report, “BTI Client Service A-Team 2020: Survey of Law Firm Client Service Performance,” is the only law firm ranking based solely on direct, unprompted feedback from corporate counsel. The research is based on hundreds of interviews with corporate legal departments across fifteen different industry segments.

Lightfoot is ranked as a “standout” in investing in client relationships as well as client-facing communication, placing the firm higher than nearly half the market. Lightfoot was one of only 340 firms in the country to be singled out by name during BTI’s survey of legal decision-makers.
