Lightfoot Names New Partner and Of Counsel

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC is pleased to announce that attorney Brooke Garner Malcom has been named a Partner in the law firm. Suzanne A. Fleming has been named Of Counsel for the firm.

Ms. Malcom defends clients in cases involving products liability, commercial disputes, as well as complex environmental and toxic tort matters. She also regularly defends claims brought against banks, insurance companies, and other financial services providers.

Ms. Fleming’s legal practice focuses mainly on the defense of industry in complex environmental, toxic tort, product liability and mass tort cases. She also represents clients in commercial disputes.
