Terry McCarthy Presents Evidence Law Update to Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association 2021 Seminar and Annual Meeting

Lightfoot Partner and resident evidence expert, Terry McCarthy, recently spoke at the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association 2021 Seminar and Annual Meeting. Since 2016, McCarthy has consistently spoken at Association meetings on a various topics. This year, he presented an update of the latest developments of evidence law. 

In his time at Lightfoot, Terry has remained the leading authority on evidence law. His most recent work includes the latest edition of McElroy’s Evidence, which received high endorsement from former Alabama Supreme Court Justice, Bernard Harwood.
