Ben Harmon brings tireless dedication to each and every case.
Ben works on all aspects of complex litigation. His experience includes handling a broad range of matters, including antitrust, white collar and general commercial litigation for clients in the financial services, consumer goods, healthcare and telecommunications sectors.
After law school, Ben served as a law clerk for Chief Justice Ralph D. Gants of the Supreme Judicial Court of Massachusetts. He was also a law fellow at the Equal Justice Initiative, where he worked with clients on death penalty appeals and authored reports on litigation reform.
Ben earned his J.D. from Harvard Law School, graduating cum laude while simultaneously earning a Master of Public Policy. While at Harvard, he served as a legal intern at the Mecklenburg County Office of the Public Defender, where he tried four bench trials and argued numerous motions.
Originally from Birmingham, Ben enjoys biking, running and cheering on the Crimson Tide.
