Mary Clark Logan brings sharp analysis and strong advocacy to complex litigation.
Mary Clark focuses her practice on product liability, medical malpractice and commercial litigation matters. She drafts research memoranda and briefs on complex evidentiary issues, supports trial teams through depositions and court proceedings and assists with expert witness preparation.
Her three years as an international trade specialist at Cassidy Levy Kent in Washington, D.C., where she managed federal court filings and coordinated complex litigation calendars, give her an edge in handling procedurally intricate matters and multi-party litigation.
Mary Clark graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law. She received the Judge Walter P. Gewin Best Brief Award, the school’s highest moot court honor and consecutive CALI Awards for Best Paper in Legal Writing. She also served as an articles editor for the Alabama Law Review and as a judicial extern with Chief Judge L. Scott Coogler of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama, deepening her courtroom knowledge.
Outside the office, Mary Clark cheers on Alabama football and the Philadelphia Eagles, stays active with running and pickleball and explores Birmingham's dining and music scene with friends and family.
