Rachel Bragg turns meticulous research into powerful advocacy.
Rachel focuses on product liability, commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense, building on the foundation she developed during her two summers at Lightfoot in 2023 and 2024. Her experience includes drafting critical litigation documents, from notices of removal to motions for summary judgment, and serving on litigation teams during depositions and mediations.
Rachel earned her J.D. magna cum laude from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law in 2025, where she received the Daniel Austin Brewer Professionalism Award and numerous Scholar of Merit/CALI Awards. She served as president of the Cumberland Chapter of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, was a student advocate in the law school’s Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic and competed as a member of the National Moot Court Team.
When she's not in the office, Rachel enjoys traveling for SEC football and baseball weekends, learning to golf, antique shopping and hosting dinners for friends and family. She lives with her husband, Adams, and their golden retriever.
