Lightfoot, Franklin & White Welcomes Associate Jordan Dailey

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC is pleased to welcome Jordan E. Dailey to the firm’s Birmingham office as a lateral associate. Jordan brings eight years of experience representing clients in various types of litigation.

Before joining Lightfoot, Jordan was a litigation associate at a full-service law firm in Georgia. She defended public and private employers against claims of discrimination and wage and hour violations, as well as in multi-plaintiff litigation. Jordan also represented school district clients in special education lawsuits brought under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, Section 504 and the Americans with Disabilities Act, as well as personal injury lawsuits involving sovereign and official immunity.

Jordan earned her J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law and her Bachelor of Arts in English from Auburn University.
