Bill Wos supports Lightfoot’s growth and financial success.
Bill serves as Lightfoot’s Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. With more than 25 years of banking and financial services experience, Bill has spent his career developing financial strategies, streamlining business processes and managing operations.
Earlier in his career, Bill spent 14 years at Harbert Management Corporation (HMC), a multi-strategy asset management firm. He led sales management and operational initiatives to drive fundraising efforts and enhance efficiency.
Prior to HMC, Bill was Vice President, Private Banking Sales Performance Manager at Regions Financial for seven years, and has also held roles in financial operations, project management and general accounting.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Birmingham-Southern College and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is also a graduate of the Alabama Banking School.
