Charles Greene is a storyteller, strategist and savvy defense counsel.
Before he was a trial lawyer, Charles worked in sales and learned to identify strategic solutions, to tell compelling stories and to craft persuasive arguments. During his time selling insurance, mutual funds and annuities for the Massachusetts Mutual Insurance Company and the Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Charles identified issues by asking questions and persuaded people to take action. He now applies those same problem-solving skills in his legal practice to help his clients find the most efficient resolutions to their problems, whether through settlement or before a jury.
Charles has a varied practice. He oversees all North American litigation for a multinational producer of safety products for heavy trucks and buses, including radar-based cruise control and stability control systems. In that role, Charles has handled litigation matters throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. In addition to his litigation practice, Charles has extensive experience advising clients on regulatory issues, including NHTSA recalls and TREAD Act compliance, and he has assisted clients with NTSB investigations involving pipeline, railway and highway incidents.
In addition, Charles represents clients across a range of industries including banking and finance, chemical, manufacturing and transportation. He frequently works with financial institutions accused of fraud and bad faith in some of the most hostile venues for corporate defendants.
