Drug and Device Law Blog Proclaims Lightfoot Victory Most Significant of 2009

The Alabama Supreme Court's decision in AstraZeneca LP v. State, ___ So.2d ___, 2009 WL 3335904 (Ala. Oct. 15, 2009) was chosen as the year's most significant case by "Drug and Device Law" blog. Lightfoot attorneys Chris King, Harlan Prater, Craig Rosler, and Nikaa Jordan represented Novartis in the case, in which the Alabama Supreme Court reversed $275 million in fraud judgments against Novartis, AstraZeneca, and GlaxoSmithKline.
